The Libyan High National Elections Commission (HNEC) published books on elections in a series it called “book of the week” in order to raise awareness among people regarding the election process.
The HNEC said its library has valuable book collection on elections, history, literature and science, adding in a statement on Facebook that it will publish prefaces to the books which can be read at the HNEC’s headquarters.
It said the first book of the week would be “Work of First Scientific Conference for Media and Election” that has 20 researches written by professors, researchers and academics from Libyan universities.
