The Criminal Court has sentenced the director of the Wanzrek hospital to six years in prison, on charges of embezzling public funds, according to the Public Prosecutor’s office.
The Public Prosecution filed a public lawsuit against the hospital official, for his responsibility for producing official false documents.
The court ruled to fine the accused 7,000 dinars, and compensate for the damage to public funds by returning the amount of 66,625 dinars.
