The International Criminal Court (ICC) has declined to comment on recently leaked videos involving Libyan national Ibrahim Al-Darsi, citing the sensitivity of ongoing investigations and the need to protect witnesses.

In an interview with Libya Al-Ahrar TV, ICC spokesperson Fadi El Abdallah urged anyone with relevant evidence to contact the Office of the Prosecutor directly.

“The Court cannot comment on the content of leaked materials at this stage, given the confidentiality of investigations and the responsibility to protect sources and witnesses,” he said.

Prosecutor Karim Khan is scheduled to brief the United Nations Security Council on 15 May, providing updates on the Court’s investigation into crimes committed in Libya.
