Two hundred Indonesian communities and diaspora in Libya and Indonesian Embassy staff gathered at Wisma Indonesia to hold a gathering on Wednesday, April 2, to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1446H/2025.
At the event, the Chargé d'Affaires ad Interim (CDA) of the Republic of Indonesia Embassy in Tripoli, Dr. Dede Achmad Rifai, conveyed his greetings for Eid al-Fitr, wishing the Indonesian people in Libya who are far from their relatives and friends in Indonesia to always maintain unity, togetherness, harmony and togetherness.
This event was also used to remind and maintain the nationalism of the Indonesian people in Libya by singing the song Indonesia Raya and other Indonesian national songs. In addition, the event was also enlivened by a quiz about the essence of the Al-Quran, knowledge about the Indonesian homeland, and karaoke of popular Islamic and Indonesian songs.
The event showed that the atmosphere of the city of Tripoli is increasingly safe and conducive and that more and more Indonesian citizens are working, studying and living in Libya in general and Tripoli in particular.
