The Italian President Sergio Mattarella has declared that his country is working to establish a real government in Libya, which has the authority and controls the entire Libyan territory in an effective and smooth way.
He said that his country is doing its part along with the European Union and the United Nations who are working in a difficult and stressful situation, but at the same time is possible to achieve.
"The Libyan people have every right to use the resources of their wealth to live in prosperity," he indicated, adding "the crisis in Libya is caused by the absence of a strong government”.
