The Italian Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday the allocation of 5 million euros from the Africa Fund resources to support IOM activities in Libya, Sudan, and Ethiopia.

The Italian Foreign Ministry disclosed that Italy has provided an additional loan of two million euros to Libya, in an initiative to ensure the continuation of voluntary humanitarian repatriation programs for migrants stranded in Libya, as well as the promoting direct assistance to vulnerable groups of migrants, who live in extremely difficult circumstances, according to Aki news agency.
