The Italian news site ItaMilRadar, which specializes in tracking military aircraft and ships, reported that an American "Northrop Grumman MQ-4C" aircraft carried out aerial surveillance operations over Libya.
The aircraft focused on the eastern region, the port of Tobruk, which considered one of the options proposed as an alternative destination for the Russian fleet, in the event that it is forced to leave the Syrian port of Tartous, especially after the recent developments in Syria.
