Japan is seeking to establish business partnerships aimed at driving growth and innovation in Libya’s oil sector, according to the Japanese Embassy in Libya.
On Tuesday, Japan’s Ambassador to Libya, Shimura Izuru, visited the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in Tripoli and met with its chairman, Masoud Suleiman.
According to a post by the embassy on Facebook, Izuru held productive talks with the NOC head, during which they discussed prospects for future cooperation and exchanged views on promoting promising business initiatives.
