The Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Japan to Libya, Masaaki Amadera, has reiterated his country support to achieve stability in Libya in a manner that respects the will of the Libyan people.

This came during his with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the House of Representatives, Youssef Al-Aqouri, during a visit to the city of Benghazi.

Amadera confirmed his country's determination to develop bilateral relations with Libya in all fields to serve the common interest and provide consultations to support training programs.

For his part, Al-Aqouri praised the depth of bilateral relations and joint cooperation between the two sides in all fields, stressing the importance of benefiting from the Japanese initiative to support development in the African continent within the "TICAD" program.
