The head of the United Nations Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Stephanie Koury, has met with the US Special Envoy, Richard Norland and the Chargé d'Affaires at the Washington Embassy, Jeremy Berndt, to discuss the political situation.
The meeting dealt exchanged views on the political situation and agreed on the importance of a unified international stance to overcome the political impasse and facilitate an inclusive Libyan-led and owned political process.
