The Acting Head of the United Nations Mission in Libya, Stephanie Koury, has emphasized the importance of enforcing the UN arms embargo for Libya’s stability.
This came during her visit to the IRINI HQ of the European Naval Force in the Mediterranean.
Koury met with Rear Admiral Guillaume Fontarensky, who briefed her on their operations and challenges.
