The Public Prosecutor has launched legal proceedings against an individual accused of orchestrating the bombing of two vehicles in Zawiya, which were under the possession of a member of the Supreme Judicial Council.
According to a statement from the Attorney General's office, investigations revealed that the suspect, a resident of Zawiya, supplied explosives used in the attack on the state-owned vehicles.
The prosecutor issued an arrest warrant for the perpetrator, who admitted to the offence during interrogation. The suspect is currently in custody, and formal charges are being pursued.
