The Italian Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte, discussed with his British counterpart, Boris Johnson, the developments of the present situation in Libya.

This came during a lengthy phone call between both parties, according to Conte through his Twitter account.

Conte described the talks as ‘fruitful’, as it dealt with several international and regional issues of commonality; however, the matter of the Libyan crisis was foremost in the discussions, along with the stepping up of the discussions between both parties of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF).
