Minister of Social Affairs, Wafaa Al-Kilani has discussed with a German official ways and means of using the German expertise in developing social care centers in Libya to provide more efficient services for people with disabilities, as well as cooperation in the fields of rehabilitation and training.
Al-Kilani met with the German Federal Commissioner for Disability Affairs, Jürgen Dussel, on the sidelines of the World Disability Summit. They discussed enhancing cooperation in supporting and empowering persons with disabilities.
Al-Kilani emphasized the importance of tapping into Germany's pioneering experience in the field of disability care, stating that her government is committed to improving the quality of facilities and services provided in social care centers in accordance with international standards.
