German ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza discussed on Tuesday economic cooperation with Libya's Minister of Economy, Ali Al-Issawi, and the impact of the Coronavirus epidemic on commercial traffic.
Owcza said the conversation was constructive and touched upon the effect of the partial closure of borders during the Covid-19 pandemic on trade and services.
