Council of Arab Health Ministers

Deputy Prime Minister/ Minister of Health, Ramadan Abu Janah, participated in the 61st session of the Council of Arab Health Ministers and its Executive Office, held in Baghdad, Iraq, over two days.

The meeting brought together ministers and senior officials from across the Arab world to discuss pressing health issues, including the contribution of Arab healthcare professionals abroad in strengthening healthcare systems in their home countries.

During the session, Abu Janah reaffirmed the commitment of all Arab nations to ensuring health security for their populations. He also announced the council's approval of Libya's proposal to host the 62nd session of the Council of Arab Health Ministers, with the final date to be determined by the council's technical secretariat.
