The Oil and Gas Minister, Mohammed Aoun, has discussed with the Maltese Ambassador to Libya, Charles Saliba, offshore energy exploration activities exploring offshore areas between the two countries.
During the meeting held in Tripoli, Saliba invited the Minister of Oil and Gas to visit Malta to discuss mechanisms of joint cooperation between the two countries.
For his part, Aoun stressed the importance of Malta for the various activities of oil companies that run offshore operations.
