Libya has been selected as the Guest of Honor at the 7th edition of the Carthage International Monodrama Festival, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Culture of the Government of National Unity.
The festival is taking place in Tataouine, Tunisia, from May 5 to 9, 2025, with participation from more than 35 countries.
The Ministry emphasized that the event presents a valuable opportunity to highlight Libyan creativity in theater and performing arts, and to strengthen cultural exchange with other participating nations.
It also reaffirmed its commitment to supporting international cultural initiatives that contribute to the preservation and global promotion of Libya’s cultural heritage.
