The Chargé d'Affairs of the Libyan Embassy in Tunisia, Mustafa Qadara, discussed Friday with his Japanese counterpart, Masaaki Dera, arrangements for Libya's participation in the Tokyo International Conference on Development in Africa.

Qadara highlighted during the meeting at the Libyan embassy's HQ in Tunis, the depth of Libyan-Japanese relations and ways to develop them in the interest of both nations.

The Tokyo International Conference on Development in Africa is due to be held on 27-28 August. Libya had agreed at the invitation of Japan to participate in the conference with a presidential delegation.
