The first tanker entered Wednesday Al- Hariga oil port in Tobruk, eastern Libya to load one million barrels of crude oil, according to an official from the port.

The tanker, carrying the Greek flag, was banned from entering the port last week after Haftar's decision to hand over the oil ports to the parallel Oil Corporation in the east.

Haftar retracted Wednesday his decision and ordered his forces to hand over the ports to the Tripoli-based NOC, which in turn lifted the force majeure to resume exports once again.
