Minister of Industry and Minerals Ahmed Abu Hessa met with his Saudi counterpart, Bandar Al-Khorayef, to explore ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the fields of industry and minerals.

The meeting occurred on the sidelines of the 28th General Assembly of the Arab Organization for Industrial Development and Mining (AIDSMO) in Rabat, Morocco.

Discussions focused on exchanging expertise, developing strategic partnerships to support the industrial sectors in both countries, exploring investment opportunities, and leveraging natural resources and modern technologies to advance industrial development.

The ministers agreed to establish a joint working group to coordinate efforts and develop a framework for industrial cooperation, aiming to implement a shared strategy for the development of their industrial sectors.
