Presidential Council member, Moussa Al-Koni, says Libya is ready to harness all possible capabilities in preparation for the return of the General Secretariat of the Community of Sahel and Saharan States (CEN-SAD) to work at its permanent headquarters in Tripoli.

Al-Koni's remarks came during a meeting Monday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Congo in, Jean-Claude Gakosso, whose country is chairing a high-level committee on Libya formed by the African Union.

Gakosso and his accompanying delegation are visiting Libya on an official working mission.

The Congolese minister expressed his confidence in Libya's ability to overcome its crisis, affirming the readiness of his country and the African Union to support the Libyans in their path towards elections and stability.
