The Libyan Embassy in Damascus has called on all Libyan citizens in Syria to exercise caution and vigilance in light of the current security conditions that may affect their safety, after the Syrian opposition announced control over Damascus and overthrew the Bashar Al-Assad’s government.
The embassy urged everyone to adhere to the instructions of the competent Syrian authorities and to stay away from areas witnessing violence.
It also called them to quickly contact the embassy to register their data so that it can review and follow up on their conditions on an ongoing basis, to take the necessary measures.
