The Libyan Iron and Steel Company has announced the export of two shipments of steel to Lebanon and Portugal.
The company explained on its Facebook page that 8,000 tons of rebar were shipped aboard the vessel “SNAPPER” heading to Lebanon.
Simultaneously, the company highlighted that the export of 30,000 tons of hot-rolled steel is ongoing, with the shipment being transported on the vessel “KNIDOS” to Portugal, adding that these export operations reflect the increasing demand for its products both regionally and internationally.
It also reaffirmed its commitment to providing high-quality products in line with international standards, while continuing to support the national economy.
