The Libyan Prime Minister Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah has urged all ministers and state ministers as well as his deputies to attend the third meeting of the cabinet of the Government of National Unity, which will be on Monday in Benghazi.

A letter by the state minister for Prime Minister Affairs, Adel Jumua, urged all cabinet members to attend the third meeting in Benghazi as per Dbeibah's instructions.

The announcement of convening a meeting in Benghazi was made earlier in the week, and it didn't generate any reactions from pro-Haftar military leaders despite some posts on social media by Haftar's loyalists threatening Dbeibah and his cabinet not to enter Benghazi without a permission from Haftar.
