Foreign Minister Najla Al-Manqoush says the Libyan crisis is one of the most controversial issues, and we respect the initiatives of some international organizations, but in the end, Libyans have the final say on the crisis of their country.

In a televised statement, Al-Manqoush praised the Algerian position that comes in line with her government's vision, reaffirming that the only solution in the country is to reach direct elections that end all transitional stages, as it is a precondition for the security and political solution, as she put it.

She also thanked the Arab foreign ministers and their role in communicating consensual ideas, which she said would reflect positively on the Arab summit.
