The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Miftah Al-Qawi, has met with UN Envoy Hanna Tetteh to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between Libyan and international judicial bodies.
Talks focused on judicial reforms, expertise exchange, and strengthening coordination to ensure justice and the rule of law.
Tetteh emphasised the importance of international support for Libya’s legal system, calling for collaboration to overcome challenges facing judicial processes.
Al-Qawi expressed optimism about future cooperation, highlighting the role of constructive dialogue in building a more transparent and efficient justice system.
