Libya's National Development Agency is studying Turkish expertise to support the construction of Sabha International Stadium.
The agency’s executive director visited the Galatasaray Stadium in Istanbul at the invitation of SRJ, the company overseeing the Sabha project.
Discussions focused on FIFA and CAF regulations and maintenance standards, aiming to ensure the new stadium meets international specifications and can host continental and global tournaments.
The move is part of broader efforts to improve sports infrastructure in southern Libya, according to a statement from the agency's media office.
