Libya's new ambassador to the European Union, Jalal Al-Ashi, presented, on Friday, his credentials to the President of the European Commission, Ursula van der Leyen, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, and Head of Libya's Mission to the European Union.

"I was pleased to present my credentials to Ursula van der Leyen, and conveyed to her the greetings of the head of the Presidential Council Mohammed Menfi, calling her for more European Union support for the stability of Libya", Al-Ashi tweeted.
