The Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, has announced that Libya’s oil production reached 1.363 million barrels per day (bpd), the highest level since 2013.

PM Dbeibah said in a post on his official Facebook page that this achievement comes within the plan to develop the oil sector to reach a production of two million barrels per day by the end of 2025.

He also explained that increasing oil production will contribute to strengthening the Libyan dinar, improving the citizen’s conditions, and stabilizing the national economy, saying “improving living conditions and developing services is our basic battle, and we will spare no effort or hesitate in taking any action or decision to achieve these goals.”
