The head of the Libyan Elders Council for Reconciliation Mohamed al-Mubshir said that they have formed an emergency room to negotiate with the fighting parties, pointing out that they do not know who is responsible for violating the truce because of the absence of neutral observers.

In a statement, the council stressed the need to reach a radical solution to all armed formations in the country, pointing out that the council will support any efforts to defuse the situation and to achieve a ceasefire in the capital Tripoli.

It also warned that a solution must be found to the armed groups and that the postponing of addressing the problem will cause the situation to explode again at any other time.
