The head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, met on Monday with experts from the Libyan Intelligence Services and Deterrence Apparatus to combat terrorism and organized crime.
They provided a briefing on developments in the migration file and the latest developments facing the Libyan state as a result of the increasing influx of migrants, in addition to discussing the issue of combating terrorism and its connection to migration.
