The Head of the Presidential Council Mohammed Menfi has traveled to New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly 77th session.
According to a statement issued by the Presidential Council, Menfi is scheduled to meet a number of presidents, leaders and kings to discuss the Libyan file on the sidelines of the session.
About 150 world leaders will participate in New York at the United Nations General Assembly next week amid the divisions caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
