The head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, participated, on Wednesday in Tripoli, in the opening of the 16th AFROSAI General Assembly meeting.
The AFROSAI General Assembly meeting was attended by the AFROSAI President, Mamadou Faye, and the head of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, in addition to representatives of the financial oversight bodies in AFROSAI member states.
AFROSAI was established in 1976 in Yaoundé, as a regional group affiliated with the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), and includes financial oversight bodies in 54 African countries.
