The head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, received on Thursday the Special Envoy of the French President to Libya, Paul Soler, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Mihraje.
The meeting discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, including immigration issues, border protection, and the results of the work of the 6 + 6 committee, in addition to the security and military cooperation and the economic issues, according to the Presidential Council media office.
