The Minister of Education of the Presidential Council (PC) Othman Abdul Jalil discussed with US Ambassador to Libya Peter Bodde the ministry's plan to increase the number of Libyan students entitled to receive American university certificates, as well as improving the quality of education in Libya.

During their meeting in Tunis, the two sides discussed possible support from the US Embassy to help improve the quality of tutoring the English language in public schools across Libya, the US Embassy said on Facebook.
