Minister of Oil and Gas of the Government of National Unity, Khalifa Abdel-Sadeq, has discussed with the Spanish Ambassador to Libya, Javier Quintana, enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the energy sector.
Abdel-Sadeq highlighted the role of the Spanish company Repsol as a major partner of the ministry, calling on Spanish companies to invest in renewable energy in Libya, according to a ministry statement on its Facebook page.
The Minister stressed to the Spanish Ambassador the importance of organizing a business forum between the two countries to enhance economic partnerships for the interest of both countries.
