Minister of Social Affairs Wafaa Al-Kilani has convened a meeting with the Canadian Ambassador to Libya, Isabelle Savard, to discuss the potential for establishing a foundation for cooperation between the two sides.
The parties discussed the possibility of signing memorandums of understanding, which would serve as a framework for cooperation on issues of mutual interest, as well as for the provision of technical support.
In this context, the ministry highlighted its ongoing efforts towards digital transformation aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided to the citizens.
