The Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development has organized a celebration to mark the World Heritage and the Intellectual Property Day, under the slogan " Music Rhythm and the Rights of Creators; Protected Creativity & Thriving Art," in cooperation with the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research.
The celebration was attended by Minister of Culture and Development, Mabrouka Toghi Othman and Director General of the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research, Faisal Al-Abdali, along with a number of officials and a group of intellectuals, artists, and researchers.
The event included a series of lectures addressing heritage and intellectual property from various perspectives, delivered by a number of academics and specialists.
