The Ministry of Education of the Government of National Unity has banned private tutoring outside of educational institutions, warning that violators would be subject to legal accountability.
This came in a circular issued by the Director of the Ministry’s Basic Education Department, Hassan Abu Ghalia, and addressed to school principals at various levels.
He pointed out that this decision was taken to address this growing phenomenon that hinder the educational process.
