The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity has offered condolences to the victims of the plane crash in South Korea.
“We express deep sadness and sorrow over the crash of the plane belonging to the Korean Jeju Air at Muan International Airport, which claimed the lives of dozens of victims and injured”, thr ministry said in a statement.
The statement expressed deep solidarity with the Republic of Korea, offering condolences to the families of the victims, and wishing those injured a speedy recovery.
Over 170 people were killed when a Jeju Air plane carrying 181 people crashed when it landed at Muan Airport in southwest South Korea on Sunday morning.
