The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Unity has discussed with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Arab League mission to the United Nations office and international organizations in Geneva the migration file and its repercussions.
This came during a series of meetings conducted by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Expatriate Affairs, Mohammed Zidan, on the sidelines of the meeting of the 115th session of the IOM in Geneva.
Zidan reviewed with the International Director of Migration, ways to enhance cooperation between the organization and Arab countries, and joint initiatives to support development to reduce the illegal migration and enhance economic and social stability.
