The Ministry of Interior emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation with international organizations and Sudanese authorities to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of the voluntary return program for Sudanese nationals in Libya.
During a meeting between the Head of the Ministry’s Organizations Department and the Sudanese Ambassador to Libya, attended by a representative of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), participants discussed ways to streamline administrative and logistical procedures, and to provide humanitarian and service support to the Sudanese community.
The meeting also addressed mechanisms for distributing humanitarian aid and overcoming obstacles to the return program, within a framework of joint coordination to support Sudanese residents in Libya.
