The Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, Ali Al-Abed, has coy the ministry’s desire to establish joint programs aimed at raising the efficiency of Libyan national workers, which will reflect positively on the local labour market.

This came during Al-Abed’s meeting in his office at the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation in Tripoli, with the Serbian Ambassador to Libya, Dragan Todorović, to discuss prospects for joint cooperation between the two countries in the fields of vocational training and human resources development.

Both sides discussed ways to strengthen the partnership between Libya and Serbia in the labour and rehabilitation sectors, which opens new horizons for cooperation in the fields of specialized training and skills development, while benefiting from Serbian expertise in the fields of vocational and technical training, according to the ministry.
