The Ministry of Sports has disclosed the government's financial support for various sports entities, including clubs, sports federations, and the Libyan Olympic and Paralympic committees.
The ministry shared some important figures related to Libyan sports on its Facebook page, such as the number of international participants in Libyan sports and the number of athletes who have competed internationally.
According to the ministry, Libyan clubs received 148 million dinars in 2023, while sports federations received 12.5 million dinars. The Paralympic Committee received support of 1.17 million dinars, while the Libyan Olympic Committee received 730 thousand dinars.
