The Director the Hassawna Water System of the Man-Made River Authority (MMRA), Younes Al-Telisi, has confirmed the reopening of the middle path after 15 days of closure due to sabotage acts on the central track near Bani Walid.
Al-Telisi indicated that work is continuing to fill the path from the Al-Shwerf flow control station to the Tarhuna pumping station, according to the hydraulic engineering conditions, at a flow rate of 200,000 cubic meters per day.
The flow rates will be raised as soon as the water enters the balancing tank at the Tarhuna pumping station.
