The Misrata Municipal Council has asked donors to the people of the affected areas to stop sending aid and store it until they coordinate with the authorities in the east to organize work according to the approved procedures.
The Municipality attributed this to the large amount of aid that reached the affected areas, and the repeated appeals from those responsible for receiving and distributing donations in those areas to currently stop sending support except upon request.
