The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) concluded its national vaccination campaign against polio, measles, and rubella on Saturday.
A total of 81,751 children were vaccinated against polio and 67,868 children against measles and rubella on the final day of the campaign, according to statistics released by the NCDC. This brings the total number of children vaccinated since the campaign's launch to 708,700.
The centre reported that vaccination efforts reached 100% coverage across all municipalities, "reflecting the dedication of campaign workers and the cooperation of local communities."
