The new Libyan ambassador to South Africa, Abdel-Qader Al-Nazif, took the legal oath before the head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, as he prepares to leave to the country.
Menfi told the ambassador that his mission should help strengthen Libyan relations with South Africa.
Meanwhile, the ambassador pledged to work on representing Libya in the best ways possible and developing relations between the two countries.
