The Libyan Antiquities Authority has announced a new prehistoric archaeological discovery of a site near Al-Malitaneya in the Tokra region.
The authority explained that the site is a cave with drawings and shapes dating back to the prehistoric period, which are drawings of some animals and birds that lived in the area in ancient times, including gazelles, lions and birds.
The authority added that the site is under study and scientific documentation.
